Returns

PIC Products, Inc. hopes you enjoy your purchase. However, if there is a factory defect, you are entitled to refund or new doll.  Please note that the return policy expires 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Purchases from Amazon

If you purchased your PIC Doll from Amazon, please follow the instructions on the Amazon site to process your return.

Shipping (if not purchased from Amazon)

To return your product, contact us at info@picdolls.com and we'll provide an RMA for the return.

Depending on the issue, you could be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We cannot provide a refund until we receive your item marked with the RMA number provided. Please consider using a shipping service that has tracking numbers and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
